We are so grateful we found Andy Rubin to represent us in the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. Andy was very friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced; Andy made suggestions as to which direction we should go in hitting the market and gave us the best advice on how to sell our home. He is honest, patient, and very personable. He had a game plan with every move. I would recommend him favorably and he gives 200% on response time. Andy explains all you need to know in selling and buying! Andy has your back in representing you as a major Real Estate representative and I know we made a new friend. Thank you Andy for all your hard work.
